What JAC does

JAC International Benguet provides career-readiness assistance, educational guidance, coordination support, and referrals to legitimate recruitment channels. Final recruitment, placement, employment processing, and deployment are handled only by authorized and DMW-licensed recruitment agencies.

What JAC does not do

JAC International Benguet does not directly engage in:

• Worker recruitment
• Worker placement
• Direct job matching
• Employment contract execution
• Collection of placement fees
• Overseas employment processing
• Deployment of workers

All formal job applications, employer-worker matching, employment contracts, recruitment processing, and worker deployment must be handled through authorized and DMW-licensed recruitment channels.

Always verify that a recruitment agency is licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and complete the Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) at peos.dmw.gov.ph before applying for overseas work.
